Azure DevOps Engineer (K8s & Helm) | Energy, Sustainability & Renewables Trading | £110,000 + Benefits + Bonus | Hybrid


As an Azure DevOps Engineer, you will work closely with a business specialising in risk management and hedging solutions for organisations exposed to commodity and foreign exchange markets, helping to support platforms that enable clients to manage price volatility and market risk. The firm’s core focus is delivering tailored strategies through over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives and brokerage execution services, supporting companies that operate across commodities, including agricultural products, and foreign exchange. In this role, you will help underpin solutions that design and deliver bespoke hedging strategies, enable efficient execution across commodity derivatives markets, and provide the ongoing market insight and operational support clients rely on to navigate volatile market conditions.


Azure DevOps Engineer with strong K8s, Helm Charts is needed for an Energy & Renewables Trading client, accelerating the low-carbon mission through both financial and energy technology solutions, are looking for a senior Azure, K8s, Helm Charts, Engineer. This would suit an Azure DevOps engineer who is looking to step directly into a fast paced environment that moves like a FinTech despite being in the Trading industry. Someone who has strong expertise Building and maintaining scalable Azure infrastructure using Terraform. As well as experience in designing, implementing, and enhancing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure/app templates, and automation workflows.


You will partner closely with development and trading technology teams to solve complex infrastructure and deployment challenges, playing a key role in shaping tools, best practice and systems that power the development teams and their releases, enabling better delivery to both internal customers (traders) and external customers.


Salary: Up to £110,000 + Bonus+ Benefits

Hybrid working: 3 days a week in the office, central London


Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, including tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
  • Solid understanding of Azure and other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proven experience with cloud infrastructure automation (Terraform and Azure preferred).
  • Security: Hands-on experience with token/secret management tools (e.g., HashiCorp Vault, Azure Key Vault) and SSO/authentication systems (e.g., Okta).
