The Royal Academy of Music is a creative and vibrant workplace with a diverse mix of students and staff from over 60 countries. Philanthropy plays a significant role in the life of the Academy and supports our mission to develop and educate the musicians of tomorrow. The Royal Academy of Music’s Future campaign was launched in 2022 with a target of £60m, making it the most ambitious campaign for a conservatoire outside the US. Having exceeded that target, we have now extended the Campaign to £100 million.

We are seeking an effective and organised Awards Officer to support the Philanthropy team with the scholarships and bursaries awards matching process. The postholder will ensure donor wishes and gift restrictions are maintained while maximising the impact of the awards programme. Liaison with the Academy’s Finance team and Registry office is a key part of the role to ensure effective collaboration across departments.
