We are seeking an experienced AV Designer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering cutting-edge AV solutions for our clients. If you have a passion for designing, high-quality AV systems and a proven track record in the industry, we'd love to hear from you!\n\nRole Overview: As an Experienced AV Designer, you will be responsible for creating detailed and innovative audio-visual system designs, including but not limited to video conferencing, event spaces, corporate offices, and immersive environments.

You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver systems that meet their technical, operational, and aesthetic needs.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDesign and develop AV system layouts and schematics for a wide variety of projects, ensuring functionality, scalability, and ease of integration.\nCollaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that exceed expectations.\nPrepare equipment lists, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications for AV systems.\nEnsure all designs adhere to safety, regulatory, and industry standards.\nWork closely with installation teams to ensure designs are executed accurately and efficiently.\nConduct site surveys and provide technical support for on-site installations and troubleshooting.\nStay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the AV industry.\nAssist in the preparation of project proposals, quotes, and presentations for clients.\nProvide mentorship and guidance to junior AV design team members. \n\nKey Skills & Experience:\n\nProven experience as an AV Designer or similar role within the AV industry (minimum of [X] years).\nExtensive knowledge of AV system design, integration, and troubleshooting.\nFamiliarity with AV design software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools).\nStrong understanding of AV technologies, including audio systems, video projection, digital signage, video conferencing, and control systems.\nExcellent project management and communication skills.\nAbility to think creatively and solve complex design challenges.\nExperience working with clients and stakeholders to deliver custom AV solutions.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\n[Certification in AV design or related field] is a plus (e.g., CTS, AVIXA)
