You’ve built your reputation designing intelligent AV systems that enhance homes—not just fill them with tech. You’ll own your projects from concept to commissioning, with genuine autonomy and the backing of an experienced, collaborative team.\n\nDesign packs are created to RIBA stages, with full coordination alongside architects, interiors, and M&E consultants.

You’ll also help shape fee proposals, presentations, and as-builts—making this a true leadership role in both delivery and client interface.\n\nWhat’s in it for you?
