Automotive Technical Advisor\n\nUxbridge\n\n£40k per annum\n\n**Hybrid – 3 days office 2 days WFH**\n\nI am currently working with a fantastic company based in the Uxbridge area who are seeking a new member for their Technical Support Team. This role would suit a candidate who has previous experience in providing vehicle diagnostics and is looking to make the transition into an office-based role.\n\nThe role includes 25% direct customer interaction on the phones, 50% case management providing resolution for product, installation and application related queries and 25% direct installer interaction and coordinating cross-business.\n\nRole responsibilities:\n\nResolve customer queries or escalate to appropriate department, managing the updates on the system as required by the business, ensuring departmental SLA’s are achieved to drive continuous overall improvement of the customer experience\nIdentify underlying root causes of substandard installations and be able to offer satisfactory resolutions for both customers and third-party installers\nTo handle inbound/outbound calls and cases, following agreed processes within SLA, using the Salesforce case management system and recording all aspects of the customer interaction\nProvide technical support to internal and external key stakeholders at all technical levels throughout, including third party installer channels\nEstablish and maintain professional relationships with all internal and external customers\nStriving to exceed target and consistently improving performance to achieve targets\nPrevious experience required:\n\nA proven background in an automotive technical customer support role\nSelf-starter with excellent interpersonal communication.\nStrong organisational skills with a “Can-Do” attitude\nBeing adaptable to change\nProven ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure\nGood and clear communication skills, both written and spoken\nKnowledge of vehicle telematics concepts\nCompetent with problem solving in a highly technical environment\n--\n\nWhat You Need to Do Now:\n\nIf this sounds like the role for you, don’t wait - apply today with your up-to-date CV!\n\nIf it’s not quite right for you but you know someone perfect, refer them to us and receive a £100 voucher when they’re placed and pass their probation period (terms apply).
