Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking for a role with excellent earning potential, no weekends, and a supportive main dealer environment?

Our client, a well-established Main Dealer in Epsom, is looking for a confident and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their successful aftersales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn £40,000–£44,000+ OTE while maintaining a healthy work-life balance — Monday to Friday only.

The Role

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth, professional, and profitable service experience.

Key responsibilities:

* Booking vehicles in for service, maintenance, and repair

* Keeping customers informed throughout the day

* Upselling service plans, tyres, and additional work

* Managing Vehicle Health Check (VHC) opportunities

* Ensuring exceptional CSI and customer satisfaction

* Working closely with technicians and the workshop controller
