The Role As our Aftersales - Complaints Handler , youll be a key part of our customer experience team, handling post-sale complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction with professionalism and empathy. Youll work closely with our workshop team, customer service, and management to ensure all complaints are resolved efficiently and fairly aiming to turn every issue into a 5-star experience.
