We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent specialist looking to add an experienced Service Advisor to their growing team.

This is a business that focuses on doing things properly — not pushing volume — with a strong reputation for quality and customer care.

The Role

You’ll act as the key link between the workshop and the customer, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout.

* Booking vehicles in for service, maintenance and repair

* Keeping customers updated and managing expectations

* Liaising closely with technicians on job progress

* Preparing estimates and final invoices

* Delivering consistently high levels of customer service

What We’re Looking For

* Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade

* Ideally experience with BMW or premium brands

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* A professional, customer-focused approach

* Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points)
