Roofer / Fitter – Automotive Conversions (Full-Time, Permanent)

Banbury | From £30k plus depending on experience | Monday–Friday (No Weekends)

About the Opportunity

We’re working with a leading UK manufacturer in the Automotive conversion space, known for delivering high-quality, bespoke vehicles at scale. With a strong reputation for craftsmanship and innovation, they are continuing to grow and are now looking to expand their production team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, hands-on environment where you’ll play a key role in building vehicles designed for travel, freedom, and adventure.

The Roles Available

We are recruiting for multiple positions within the production team:

Fitters

• Install interior units and furniture
• Carry out electrical work
• Assist with gas system installations

Roofers

• Cut and prepare van shells
• Install windows, lighting, and pop-top roofs
• Fit carpet lining and flooring

Conversion Preppers

• Prepare and assemble furniture units
• Support pre-installation work for electrics and gas

What We’re Looking For

• A practical, hands-on approach
• Basic DIY or technical skills (beneficial but not essential)
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Full training is provided, so this role is ideal for someone looking to retrain or step into a skilled trade.
