Applicants must be committed to delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.DutiesConduct comprehensive inspections of vehicles to identify electrical and vehicle faults.Perform repairs and maintenance on Cars,vans,commercial vehiles and plant electrical systems.Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle partsDiagnose issues using specialised diagnostic equipment and troubleshooting techniquesCarry out heavy lifting of vehicle parts and components safely and effectivelyMaintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and work completed for each vehicleEnsure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specificationsAssist in ordering parts and managing workshop inventory as requiredGood communication skills with customers.SkillsStrong vehicle electrical knowledge with a solid understanding of automotive systemsProficiency in using hand tools,power tools and diagnostics machines for various repair tasksExcellent problem-solving skills with attention to detailGood organisational skills to manage multiple repairs efficientlyAbility to work independently or as part of a teamStrong commitment to safety protocols and quality workmanshipLocal knowledge of Forfar and Angus would be advantageous.Full Clean Driving Licence essential.JBRP1_UKTJ
