Autism Specialist Teaching Assistant -The Role:
* Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Autism
* Implementing EHCP targets and personalised learning plans
* Supporting communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation
* Using structured approaches such as visual timetables and sensory strategies
* Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to ensure consistent support
* Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment

Autism Specialist Teaching Assistant -Requirements:
* Previous experience supporting children with Autism (school-based experience preferred)
* Strong understanding of ASD and effective support strategies
* Calm, patient, and adaptable approach
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Relevant TA qualification
