We are looking for someone to be part of our team as an Oliver McGowan mandatory training expert. You will have professional or lived experience of autism and be confident speaking in front of groups. You will support the training of colleagues in health and social care so they better understand the needs of people with learning disabilities and autistic people. You will work closely with other trainers – for example, people with lived experience – to deliver sessions that are open, honest and easy to understand. What you will do
