Audit Senior Manager Responsibilities:
  • Lead and deliver audits across a varied SME and OMB client portfolio
  • Oversee planning, fieldwork and completion, ensuring technical excellence
  • Coach, mentor and develop a growing audit team
  • Review audit files and provide technical guidance to team members
  • Strengthen audit processes and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and add commercial insight
  • Work closely with Partners on departmental strategy and client service delivery
  • Play a key role in shaping the ongoing growth of the Audit function
  • Opportunity to broaden scope and progress towards Director/RI responsibilities

As and Audit Senior Manager you will be:
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
  • Either an experienced Audit Senior Manager or a high-performing Audit Manager ready to step up
  • Strong background in SME/OMB audit work is desirable
  • Confident leading teams and managing multiple assignments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • A collaborative, positive leader who sets high standards
