Responsibilities

• Create and deliver accurate, transparent audit reports and financial statements for a portfolio of high‑growth clients.
• Collaborate with Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners, communicating regularly to stakeholders.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor junior staff, ensuring high quality work and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Contribute to the firm’s quality and risk management processes.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/ICAS qualified or overseas equivalent.
• Degree level education or CTS.
• Experience supervising and coaching junior staff on site.
• Working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP and financial reporting.
• Understanding of regulation and compliance, including anti‑money laundering.
• Demonstrable knowledge of current economic and market trends.
