About the Role

• Lead Audit Engagements:Oversee multiple audit engagements from planning to final report delivery within agreed timescales.
• Client Interaction:Work closely with clients, ensuring exceptional service.
• Stakeholder Management:Manage day-to-day relationships with stakeholders at audited entities, working with senior-level staff.
• Collaboration:Collaborate closely with senior leaders up to Partner level.

About You

• Qualifications:ACA / CA / ACCA (or equivalent).
• Experience:Prior experience at an experienced Audit Manager or Senior Manager level.
• Sector Expertise:Relevant Not-for-Profit sector audit experience.
• Technical Knowledge:Proficient in UK GAAP, IFRS, and relevant SORPs.
• Leadership:Significant experience leading external audits, managing a portfolio of clients, and leading audit teams.
• Team Management:Experience in managing, training, and coaching team members.
