About the Role: As Audit Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of audit clients across a range of sectors, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with regulatory standards. You will manage audit teams, liaise directly with clients, and play a key role in staff development and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Managing and leading audit assignments from planning through to completion Supervising and reviewing the work of audit staff and providing on-the-job training Building and maintaining strong client relationships Ensuring audits are completed in line with deadlines and budget Identifying areas for improvement and providing strategic input to partners Supporting business development and contributing to proposals and pitches Requirements: ACA/ACCA qualified with significant post-qualification experience Strong background in audit within a UK accountancy practice Proven experience managing a portfolio of audit clients
