Anderson Knight is recruiting an Audit & Compliance Manager on behalf of a leading financial services organisation based in Glasgow. This is a senior, influential role responsible for leading the internal audit programme while strengthening the organisation’s compliance and control framework.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will deliver risk-based audits, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to the ongoing development of audit, risk, and compliance processes as the function continues to evolve.

Location: Glasgow Salary: £45,000–£55,000 Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

Build and manage the audit universe, leading the annual risk-based audit and compliance plan.

Deliver the approved audit plan, conducting independent audit and compliance reviews.
