Are you a fully ACA qualified Audit & Accounts Senior / Audit Senior from a practice firm looking to upgrade to a very good quality, traditional and friendly medium size London based accountancy firm and carry out a varied general practice role consisting of audit assignments, statutory accounts preparations, tax returns and various advisory based projects? Are you keen to work in a very good quality firm with excellent development opportunities and future progression on offer? In this newly created role due to the firm winning lots of new clients from larger firms, your role will be split 30% - 50% audit assignments (the firm are flexible) and the remainder of your time split between statutory accounts, corporation tax and ad hoc projects. Based in a general practice role in a good quality traditional accountancy firm with around 50 staff, you will be responsible for: Leading audit assignments from planning to completion, preparing statutory accounts from start to finish, preparing corporation tax computations, managing workflow, liaising with clients, reporting to Manager and Partners, and reviewing work of more junior staff. You will deal with client queries, technical research, HMRC queries and also be responsible for supervising junior staff and reviewing their work.
