Job Description
A growing and ambitious Practice in Halesowen are seeking an experienced Audit & Accounts Manager to join their Audit & Accounts team and take on a key leadership role.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical skills and practice experience to make a real impact, managing both audit and accounts functions while supporting the development of junior staff.
What you’ll be doing:

Managing audit engagements from planning through to completion
\n
Overseeing the preparation and review of accounts for a varied client base
\n
Leading client relationships and delivering high‑quality service
\n
Supervising and mentoring junior team members
\n
Helping drive ongoing improvement in processes and quality standards
\n
Contributing to team goals and supporting growth initiatives
\n
What we’re looking for:
\n
ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
\n
Strong experience in audit and accounts within a Practice environment
\n
Proven ability to manage client portfolios and complex assignments
\n
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
\n
Leadership skills and a collaborative approach
\n
Commercially aware with a drive to deliver quality outcomes
\n

Salary of £50,000 - £60,000 (dependent on experience)
