This role suits someone with hands-on AV installation experience, strong problem-solving ability, and the confidence to work independently or alongside team members and subcontractors to deliver high-quality solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nInstallation of a wide range of AV equipment, including:\nProjectors and displays\nScreens\nSpeakers and microphones\nVideo conferencing systems\nAV control systems\nEnsure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and the client's quality standards\nFollow all health & safety procedures during installations\nComply with company policies and procedures at all times\nMaintain company vehicle checks and servicing schedules\nEnsure PPE and tools are safe, compliant, and fit for purpose\nParticipate in training and professional development initiativesSkills & Experience Required\n\nEssential:\n\nProven experience in AV installation\nAbility to read and interpret elevation drawings, schematics, and blueprints\nStrong attention to detail and basic fault-finding/problem-solving skills\nGood communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sitesDesirable:\n\nCTS (Certified Technology Specialist) certification\nExperience with large-scale AV and integrated systems installations\nBasic networking knowledge\nBasic commissioning skills (AV & VC systems)\nECS certification\nPASMA and/or IPAFAbout the Client\n\nThe client is Europe's largest privately owned IT business, headquartered in a modern, purpose-built office environment.
