Providingaseniorleveloftechnicalsupportatthepointofescalation. OperationalCoordinationbetweenteamsincludingthetechnicalhelpdesk,fieldservice,projectsteamsandclientliaison. Toworkwithtechnicalteamstoprovideaccuratetechnicaladvicewhenrequired. Tocarryoutdetailedregularroomchecks. MeetingroomsupportforVIPs. Coordinationofsoftware/firmwareupgrades. ProvidetechnicalsupporttoAV/VCusers. Supportingvideoconferencecallsincludingliaisingwithremoteofficesinrespecttothesetupandrunningofvideoconferencecalls(technologiesincludePrimeVideo/Intercall o /BlueJeansandWebEx). Toassist/managewithallads/moves/changes(smallworks)onsite. Toensureanychangesareimplementedseamlesslyaspertheagreedrequirementandwithminimalimpactonthebusiness.
