About the Role

As the AV Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of AV and digital signage projects, ensuring that everything runs smoothly from conception to completion. You’ll collaborate with various teams, including Operations, Technical, and Installation crews, to guarantee timely delivery of projects that meet or exceed client expectations. Your leadership and project management skills will play a pivotal role in shaping amazing visual experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage AV project life cycles, from planning and execution to final delivery.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while keeping a focus on quality and client satisfaction.

Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.

Generate detailed project documentation, including status reports and post-project evaluations.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, health, safety, and environmental regulations.

What You’ll Bring
