CV Screen is recruiting for an experienced Audio Visual Project Manager responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of live event delivery, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to a high technical standard. The role involves coordinating teams, managing client relationships, and driving seamless project execution while supporting continuous improvement and innovation across operations.

WHO WOULD THIS ROLE SUIT: Well suited to a technically skilled, organised project manager who enjoys leading teams, working with clients, and delivering complex live events under pressure.

DUTIES INCLUDE: Deliver high-quality projects that exceed client expectations Manage multiple projects and shifting priorities Plan and deliver technical production for live events Oversee projects from preparation through on-site delivery and debrief Ensure Health & Safety compliance, including RAMS Translate briefs into technical designs using AutoCAD and AV systems Manage budgets, costing, and resources Lead teams, suppliers, and client relationships REQUIRED SKILLS: Proficiency in technical design tools (e.g., AutoCAD) Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of live event technical production and Health & Safety standards A valid driving licence and passport

LOCATION: Milton Keynes - Half your time will be spent at their head office in Milton Keynes, the other half will be out on the road at events.
