Thisisanexcellentopportunityforsomeonewithasolidbackgroundinliveeventproductionwhoisreadytostepintoafully-fledgedprojectmanagementrole,whilestillremaininghands-onduringliveshows.
Therolewillinvolve:
Managingliveeventprojectsfrompre-productionthroughtoon-sitedelivery
Actingastechnicalleadonevents,ensuringsmooth,high-qualityexecution
ProducingtechnicalquotesusingHireTrack(orsimilarrentalmanagementsystems)
Liaisingdirectlywithclients,suppliers,andinternalstakeholders
Schedulingandcoordinatingfreelancetechnicalcrews
WorkingcloselywithseniorProjectManagerstodelivercomplexinternationalevents
Aboutyou:
23yearsexperienceinAV,liveevents,oreventproductionisessential
Previousprojectmanagementexperienceispreferredbutnotessential
Strongtechnicalunderstandingofliveeventdelivery
Confidentcommunicatorwithaprofessional,client-facingapproach
Organised,commerciallyaware,andcomfortablejugglingmultipleprojects
Flexibleandrealisticaboutthedemandsofliveevents,includingunsociablehours,weekendwork,andinternationaltravel
Package&rewards:
£35,000basesalaryplusasignificantperformance-relatedbonus,typically2030%(OTEc.£45,000)
