Audio Visual Project Manager – £45,000 - £65,000 (Dependent on Experience)\n Location: Wembley, London\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of high-profile broadcast, live event, and experiential projects. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for AV technology and a proven track record in managing large-scale, complex projects across the UK.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nEnd-to-End Project Delivery: Manage AV projects from initial brief through to onsite execution and de-rigging.\nClient Liaison: Act as the primary client contact, ensuring exceptional service and clear communication at all stages.\nTechnical Interpretation: Interpret technical specifications and deliver solutions using a wide range of AV equipment.\nTeam Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (operations, technical, logistics) to ensure efficient planning and resource allocation.\nBudget & Schedule Oversight: Manage project budgets, timelines, and ensure commercial performance is met.\nOnsite Leadership: Lead onsite teams and freelance technicians to deliver projects to the highest standards.\nCompliance: Ensure all projects meet relevant health & safety standards (BS7909, LOLER, PUWER, etc.).\n\nRequirements:\n\nProven experience in AV project management within live events, broadcast, or production environments.\nStrong technical knowledge of lighting, video, and control systems.\nExcellent client-facing and communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.\nCommercial awareness and experience with budget management.\nA valid full UK driving licence.\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\nOpportunity to work on industry-leading productions and major UK events.\nAccess to one of the largest AV and production equipment inventories in the UK.\nA collaborative and high-performance team environment.\nCompetitive salary and benefits package, based on experience.\nApply online, email your CV to or call the Interaction Recruitment Watford branch on (phone number removed) and ask for Chloe.\n\nINDWF
