Inuka is working with a leading boutique transaction advisory firm to recruit an Associate for their energy and infrastructure practice, based in London. This role will sit within the infrastructure banking team, leading execution of M&A and financing transactions across the energy and infrastructure sectors, with a growing focus on emerging markets and the energy transition.

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day execution of M&A and equity/debt-raising transactions in energy and infrastructure
• Strong financial modelling ability
• Drive preparation of client materials including pitch decks, information memoranda, and investment papers
• Support due diligence, negotiations, and transaction documentation
• Support origination efforts through market research and client engagement

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in infrastructure or energy investment banking
• Strong track working on energy/infrastructure transaction advisory
• Excellent financial modelling and valuation expertise
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Genuine interest in energy transition and emerging markets
