The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Therapist or therapy training social worker to deliver high-quality therapy services and strengthen our therapeutic offering. The role will support the development of a therapeutic environment for looked-after children and young people. As an Associate Therapist, you will offer consultation sessions to foster parents who require support when managing specific challenges. You will also provide consultation to internal staff to discuss issues relating to actual or potential placements, as well as liaising with external local authorities, social workers and schools.
