As an Associate, you will play a key role in leading project teams on some of the most challenging and high-profile developments in the capital. From complex mixed-use schemes and high-rise residential towers to major commercial and regeneration projects, you will be part of a passionate group of engineers who thrive on pushing boundaries and delivering lasting impact in the built environment. Working closely with directors and clients, you’ll have the chance to shape projects from concept through to completion while mentoring and developing talented engineers within your team.

You’ll need to combine design capability with commercial awareness, guiding both the technical direction and successful delivery of projects. What You Need To Succeed

Strong technical design background across concrete, steel and multi-storey structures.

Proven track record of leading structural engineering projects in the UK.

Ability to manage teams, mentor junior engineers and oversee project delivery.

Excellent communication skills with experience in client-facing roles.

Commercial awareness and confidence in managing budgets, programmes and resources.

Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g. Tekla, ETABS, Robot or similar).

Passion for creative, efficient engineering solutions and a desire to make a positive impact in the built environment.

Chartered (or near Chartered) status with the IStructE or ICE.

MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
