Further to an in-person meeting with our client, I have direct instructions on a new 2-4 PQE associate role with their award-winning Planning & Zoning Group, consistently ranked in the top tiers of the legal directories for over 30 years.

What you will do:

Support major infrastructure, regeneration and city-shaping projects, working both independently and within larger teams. Responsibilities include:

• Development Consent Orders

• Planning strategies for major regeneration

• Judicial review and compensation matters

• s106, s278 and other statutory agreements

• CPO and statutory powers

• Public sector procedures (e.g., s203)

• Planning support for Real Estate and Finance colleagues
