We are working with a leading national law firm based in Belfast for an Associate to join their Real Estate team.

The Role: The successful candidate will join a leading Real Estate team in Belfast, advising a range of clients including investors, occupiers, banks, developers, and more.

The individual will advise clients on commercial leasing, residential development, real estate finance, among other issues. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile transactions, including multi-jurisdictional projects. The candidate will also be willing to engage in business development initiatives.

Essential Criteria: 3+ years’ PQE; Real estate law; Strong communication skills; Ability to work independently and as a team; Excellent interpersonal skills. Willingness to engage in business development.
