We are supporting a growing, well-established consultancy that provides Project Management, Cost Management, Employers Agent, Contract Administration and Development Management services across both public and private sector projects. The Role:
The Senior / Associate Project Manager will lead and manage complex development projects across residential, commercial offices, fit-outs, town centre regeneration, and leisure/sports hall sectors. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, project oversight and stakeholder management skills - ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead multi-disciplinary project teams through all phases of the development cycle.
Develop, monitor, and maintain project programmes, budgets, and risk registers.
Manage client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee procurement, tendering, and contractor performance, ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
Provide clear reporting, including project progress, financials, and risk management updates.
Ensure all projects adhere to health, safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Mentor and support junior project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience delivering complex projects across residential, commercial, leisure, or regeneration sectors.
Strong knowledge of project management principles, contract administration, and commercial management.
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing key client relationships.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
Ability to work proactively, solve problems, and drive projects to successful outcomes.
Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., MRICS, MAPM, or equivalent) desirable.
