Associate / Senior Electrical (Building Services) Engineer London | Full Time | £65,000 – £85,000 + Benefits (DOE)We are working with a well-established, privately owned building services consultancy with over 25 years' experience delivering sustainable engineering design across London and internationally.Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Associate or Senior Electrical Engineer with a proven background in UK building services consultancy to join their London team.The RoleYou will lead the design and delivery of electrical building services systems across a range of sectors, including commercial offices, high-end residential, and student accommodation.Key responsibilities include: Leading electrical design from concept through to completionProducing and reviewing calculations, specifications, and technical reportsDesigning in line with UK Building Regulations, BS standards, and CIBSE guidanceDelivering designs using Amtech (Trimble), Dialux/Relux, and Revit MEPManaging project delivery, budgets, and timelinesActing as a key point of contact for clients, architects, and project teamsProviding technical leadership and mentoring junior engineers Requirements (Essential) 5+ years' experience in a UK building services consultancyStrong experience in electrical building services design (power, lighting, small power, etc.)Working knowledge of BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations) and UK Building RegulationsProficiency in Amtech (Trimble), Dialux or Relux, and Revit MEPExperience managing projects and client relationships Desirable Chartered or working towards CIBSE / IETExperience delivering low-carbon / sustainable design solutionsPrevious experience at Associate level (for senior applicants), including team leadership and client development What's on Offer £65,000 – £85,000 salary (depending on level and experience)Private healthcare & life insurancePensionFlexible working (post-probation)Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) – opportunity to become a stakeholderClear progression pathway to Associate/Director level20 days annual leave + bank holidays (recommend increasing to remain competitive) Why Apply?This is an opportunity to join a design-led consultancy working closely with leading architects on high-profile London projects, with genuine long-term progression and the chance to play a key role in a growing team.JBRP1_UKTJ
