We are seeking highly skilled and motivated residential conveyancer to become an integral part of their dynamic and expanding team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of residential property law and a proven track record of handling a wide range of property transactions. This role involves providing comprehensive legal advice and services related to residential real estate transactions, ensuring that their clients' interests are effectively represented and protected.

Key Responsibilities: Conveyancing: Manage the entire conveyancing process from instruction to completion, including drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting property searches, and liaising with all parties involved (buyers, sellers, lenders, and estate agents). Legal Advice: Provide clear, concise, and practical legal advice to clients on a variety of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, leases, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages.
