As part of our exciting expansion, Smile Education is offering career changers or recent graduates the chance to join one of the UKs leading education recruitment agencies as an Associate Recruitment Consultant . Whether you are looking for a change of direction in your career or a graduate and studied business, psychology, drama, sports, or something else if youve got energy, ambition and people skills , well give you the tools to succeed.

Starting basic salary: £25,250
Realistic 1st Year OTE: £3035k (top performers earn £100k+)
Location: City centre office with hybrid flexibility
Hours: 7.30am 4.30pm (reduced hours on offer in school holidays!)
Career Path: Clear progression into senior and management roles

Start date: January 2026

WHAT YOULL BE DOING
This is a sales-focused career , but dont worry well teach you everything you need to know! Youll:
Take part in cold calling , business development , and full 360 recruitment
Build relationships with schools and recruit teachers for permanent and temporary roles
Use job boards, social media, career events to find and place the best candidates
Work towards weekly targets and KPIs with the support of an experienced team
Conduct telephone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews with candidates

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A GRADUATE/ASSOCIATE
You dont need prior recruitment experience were looking for potential, not expert . We want associates who are:
Confident communicators and natural relationship builders
Goal-oriented, driven, and eager to prove themselves
Problem-solvers with a positive, proactive attitude
Resilient, team-focused, and open to feedback
Full UK driving licence holders (or actively learning)

You could be:
Looking for a career change with a stable work history in sectors such as hospitality, retail, customer service, leisure & tourism, insurance, care work and real estate
A sales professional from a fast-paced, target-driven environment
A recent graduate in a relevant field such as sports, drama, business, psychology and HR (or something else)
