A respected, independent Cost and Project Management Consultancy in Milton Keynes is seeking anAssociate Quantity Surveyorto join their growing team. The Role

As anAssociate Quantity Surveyor, you will take a senior position within the Milton Keynes office, working closely with a Director and a tight-knit QS team. Responsibilities include leading cost management delivery, managing pre- and post-contract duties, acting as a key client lead and supporting the development of junior team members. The role offers autonomy, influence and the chance to shape project outcomes across a varied portfolio. xbpsjku

Industrial and logistics experience is ideal, but strong candidates from residential, student accommodation or apartment-led schemes will also be considered, particularly those with proven client-facing capability.

Requirements

• MRICS qualified or working towards it
• Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to step up, or an existingAssociate Quantity Surveyor
• Strong pre- and post-contract experience
• Industrial or logistics background preferred; residential and apartment-led experience also welcomed
• Confident working independently and within a small, collaborative team
• Able to attend the Milton Keynes office, typically three days per week with one to two days from home or on site
• Strong client leadership skills
