The Role As an Associate Quantity Surveyor , you will take a senior position within the Milton Keynes office, working closely with a Director and a tight-knit QS team.
Responsibilities include leading cost management delivery, managing pre- and post-contract duties, acting as a key client lead and supporting the development of junior team members.

Industrial and logistics experience is ideal, but strong candidates from residential, student accommodation or apartment-led schemes will also be considered, particularly those with proven client-facing capability.
