A leading Real Estate Disputes Team in Southampton is seeking an Associate to manage a varied caseload of complex property and land disputes. The role offers exposure to both commercial and residential matters, working alongside experienced Partners and Senior Associates, with opportunities to support junior team members.

Candidates should be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with property litigation experience, or handling a mixed caseload that includes real estate disputes and looking to specialise. Around 3PQE is expected with readiness to take on an Associate-level role. The ideal candidate is proactive, calm under pressure, adaptable and client-focused.
