Job Description
Job Title: Associate Project Manager\nLocation: Birmingham\nSalary: £70,000-£75,000 + bonus + additional benefits including flexible working hours.\nSeeking an Associate Project Manager with experience in managing team resource and projects in the built environment (a real estate or construction consultancy).\n\nNote: IT/Finance/Marketing backgrounds will not be considered for this role. It is essential you have experience within construction (Managing JCT or NEC contracts).\n\nDo you have experience in managing projects in the built environment and want to work on large scale development? Main duties of Associate Project Manager role includes:\n•Participating in business development; preparing for client pitches and proposals.\n•Involvement throughout the project life cycle, managing team resources throughout; from project briefing stage, compiling technical briefs and reporting throughout.\n•Advising clients throughout, updating on; procurement, design phases, risks and mitigation.\n•Creating programmes of work and managing throughout.\n•Leading the project teamthroughout the delivery stages to ensure projects are delivered to brief, on time and within budget.\n•Contract Administration - Predominantly JCT contracts.\n•Supporting the development of the projects team, acting as a coach and mentor.\n\nAn employer with a “family feel” culture, they pay bonuses out across all levels from graduate through to Director.
