We are delighted to announce that we are hiring an Associate Project Manager for our esteemed client within the Construction Consultancy sector. Our client is a prominent entity that has been shaping the skyline of NI & ROI with its innovative projects. With a reputation for excellence and a portfolio that spans across multiple sectors including multi-residential, education, leisure and commercial they are now seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team.

The Role:

To lead multiple projects, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery, often with respect to large or complex projects. To act as the key, day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards. Proactive Client Business Development, using your knowledge of the market to create news relationships alongside maintaining key relationship already established. Advising at a strategic level at the project conception stage, including providing advice on the different approaches that can be adopted in order to successfully achieve the client's overall objectives. Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications. Taking a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages.

The Person:

5+ years' experience as a Construction Project Manager, ideally within a consultancy or client facing environment. Degree in a Construction related discipline. Chartered APM / CIOB / RICS.
