Deliver high-quality tax advice and planning services to UHNW clients. Manage and develop client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Provide technical expertise on complex tax matters, ensuring compliance with current legislation. Support the team in delivering projects and meeting deadlines effectively. Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth. Identify new business opportunities and support the firm's growth objectives. Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive client solutions. Ensure adherence to professional standards and regulatory requirements. Dealing with Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax and Trust queries.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in private client tax within the professional services industry. Proven track record of managing client relationships effectively. Ability to lead and develop team members with confidence. Excellent technical knowledge of tax legislation and compliance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. CTA/STEP qualified. Staff management experience.
