The role


• Act as a trusted adviser to trustees and clients, supporting them with governance and scheme management

• Organise and attend trustee meetings, prepare reports, and keep decisions moving forward

• Lead and support on varied projects, from onboarding new clients to firm wide initiatives

• Build strong client relationships while working alongside a knowledgeable, friendly team


What they’re looking for


• 5+ years’ experience in pensions consultancy, governance, or client services

• Solid understanding of pension scheme management and governance

• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do approach
