What you will be doing

Leading professional instructions across commercial property

Advising clients on risk, condition, compliance and value

Delivering work such as dilapidations, TDD, PPMs, feasibility and neighbourly matters

*

Building and nurturing long-term client relationships

*

Playing a visible role in developing new work and mentoring others

Strong experience in professional services within commercial property
