Associate Interior Designer (Full-Time) – High-End Residential Developer

A leading contemporary design property developer based in North London is seeking a talented and experienced Associate Client leading Interior Designer to join their growing in-house design team. This is a client-facing, permanent position offering the opportunity to work on exceptional high-end residential projects from concept through to completion.


About the Role


You will take a leading role in the design and delivery of bespoke FF&E schemes for luxury residential developments. Working closely with internal teams, external consultants, and high-profile clients, you will be responsible for creating refined, cohesive interiors that meet the highest standards of design and quality.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead the design process across multiple high-end residential projects
  • Client facing and strong presentation skills.
  • Develop and present creative concepts, mood boards, and detailed specifications
  • Source premium furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories
  • Manage supplier relationships, procurement, and budgeting
  • Produce detailed FF&E schedules and documentation
  • Oversee installation and styling to ensure design integrity
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, delivering a professional and polished experience


Requirements


  • Proven experience at least 6 year in high-end residential design (essential)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating luxury interior projects
  • Excellent client-facing and presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of suppliers, materials, and finishes
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g. AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
