You will be assisting in the delivery of effective solutions using software products, so familiarity with software integration, data logic, workflow mapping, and/or solution design will be important. What are you responsible for?
• Coordinate with colleagues to track and manage project milestones, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Develop expertise in a variety of software products to ensure the best possible customer outcomes and provide ongoing value.
• Assist in the functional integration of the company’s product suite, enhancing overall effectiveness with customers and supporting the transition to cloud-based systems.
• Document and test workflows to maintain transparency, consistency, and the highest quality standards in all delivered solutions.
• Participate in client meetings with a focus on fostering collaborative success and maintaining open communication.
• Support and deliver training for end users and administrators on solution usage and maintenance to ensure long-term adoption and efficiency.
• Deliver excellent customer service and value foster long-term partnerships, cultivate and nurther strong relationships within existing accounts, and support the pursuit of new business development opportunities, contributing to overall revenue growth.
• Travel to client sites and company locations may be occasionally required for meetings or project work, possibly including international travel.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
• Client-facing software consultancy experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the Life Sciences industry or related fields.
• Proven problem-solving and diagnostic skills in logical systems.
• Proficiency with Excel (or similar analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or R), with strong capabilities in data analysis and manipulation.
• Familiarity with statistical and scientific mathematical principles, with the ability to apply these to real-world problems in technical environments.
• High quality communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences, including cross-functional teams and clients.
• Demonstrated proficiency in one or more of the following technologies: Python, VBA, API integration, SQL, Excel (advanced functions), Morphit, BioRails, or similar tools relevant to the role.
• Background in lab science is preferred, providing context and domain expertise for working with Life Sciences clients, but not necessary.
