The Associate HR Business Partner role partners with divisional teams to deliver the full employee lifecycle and support divisional people plans, acting as an internal consultant and trusted advisor. It focuses on building strong relationships, resolving complex queries, and driving continuous improvement across HR processes and services.\n\nClient Details\n\nWe're looking for an experienced Associate HR Business Partner to join a central Divisional Support Team within People Services or a Divisional HR team. This role partners closely with divisional teams and the wider HR function to deliver the full employee lifecycle and divisional people plans.\n\nYou'll act as an internal consultant, build strong relationships across the business, and provide proactive support on complex queries.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, driving continuous improvement and embedding best practice.\n\nDescription\n\nPartner with divisional teams to deliver people plans and employee lifecycle activities.\nAct as an internal consultant, managing key relationships and resolving complex queries.\nPromote collaboration and continuous improvement across HR and People Services.\nUse data and analytics to measure effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.\nAdvocate for digital and self-service HR solutions within the business.\nRepresent the HR function internally and externally, role-modelling service excellence. \n\nProfile\n\nExperience working in complex or matrix structures.\nStrong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build productive relationships.\nAnalytical skills and ability to resolve complex problems.\nKnowledge of process improvement tools and their application.\nAbility to work collaboratively and create a sense of team spirit.\nComfortable using IT tools and systems to enhance performance.Desirable:\n\nExperience with HR systems (e.g., SAP).\nBackground in shared services or centralised HR environments.\nPrevious HR partnering experience.\n\nJob Offer\n\nCompetitive hourly rate of £23.25 - £25.27 PAYE.\nHybrid working model with flexibility (2 days in the office per week).\nOpportunity to work on impactful HR projects within a leading organisation.\nProfessional development and exposure to complex HR partnering in a dynamic environment
