We specialise in all aspects of process engineering within the water industry, including waste‑water and bioresources treatment in the UK and internationally, with opportunities in other sectors such as nuclear. From feasibility to commissioning, we provide industry‑leading solutions, adding value through client‑side support. Your Role
Own and direct teams who undertake technical design work following relevant design standards and codes, to high quality. Define briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals. Manage time and budgets to meet key project milestones and programmes. Work closely with UK and overseas teams to deliver integrated design solutions. Set quality assurance standards in design. Grow, develop and manage process engineering capability within the practice.
About You
Chartered Chemical / Process Engineer (preferably IChemE or CIWEM). Experience owning design delivery, including multidisciplinary design. Comprehensive knowledge of process engineering considerations and their impact on project and operational risks. Leadership experience on programmes of work and/or major capital projects. Experience of process safety techniques (HAZOP / DSEAR), capital and operational cost assessments, whole‑life carbon assessments and UK environmental regulations. Design and/or operational experience of main process unit operations.
