Job Description

You will be involved in delivering:

• Expert Witness services by assisting our quantum experts in delivering reports for adjudication, litigation, and dispute resolution;
• Recovery services by supporting our contract and commercial specialists in providing strategic advice to clients with distressed projects and programmes, including developing positions with clients, lawyers, and counsel;
• Leading the drafting of detailed expert witness reports for formal dispute resolution proceedings;
• Staying abreast of developments within your technical expertise;
• Providing guidance to staff on specific tasks;
• Supporting client and consultant interfaces at all project stages;
• Acting as an ambassador for Turner & Townsend's Contract Services in the industry.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of relevant construction and engineering experience;
• A construction-related degree and/or legal qualification;
• Experience leading claims in supply chains leading to successful resolutions;
• Ability to understand and articulate client requirements;
• Experience analyzing project performance and identifying root causes;
• Ability to develop strategies to recover distressed projects;
• Effective stakeholder management skills;
• Knowledge of applications like BCIS, Cost-X, CEMAR;
• Analytical skills to assess claims and disputes and provide strategic advice.
