Job Description
You will be involved in delivering:
- Expert Witness services by assisting our quantum experts in delivering reports for adjudication, litigation, and dispute resolution;
- Recovery services by supporting our contract and commercial specialists in providing strategic advice to clients with distressed projects and programmes, including developing positions with clients, lawyers, and counsel;
- Leading the drafting of detailed expert witness reports for formal dispute resolution proceedings;
- Staying abreast of developments within your technical expertise;
- Providing guidance to staff on specific tasks;
- Supporting client and consultant interfaces at all project stages;
- Acting as an ambassador for Turner & Townsend's Contract Services in the industry.
Successful applicants will work in a team analyzing construction projects in the UK and internationally. We seek an ambitious individual eager to join our experienced construction experts with a strong marketplace presence. The role offers opportunities to establish oneself as an expert, lead strategic objectives, and grow market presence through our mentoring program and leadership connections.

- Possess a forensic and exploratory mindset;
- Have strong construction industry knowledge;
- Understand construction contracts and law;
- Value transparency and collaboration;
- Be capable of working independently and adapting to team methods.
Our UK team supports complex projects globally, with opportunities for travel, primarily working remotely. The role is based locally with flexible arrangements to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Over 10 years of relevant construction and engineering experience;
- A construction-related degree and/or legal qualification;
- Experience leading claims in supply chains leading to successful resolutions;
- Ability to understand and articulate client requirements;
- Experience analyzing project performance and identifying root causes;
- Ability to develop strategies to recover distressed projects;
- Effective stakeholder management skills;
- Knowledge of applications like BCIS, Cost-X, CEMAR;
- Analytical skills to assess claims and disputes and provide strategic advice.
