Associate / Director – Quantity Surveyor (MRICS)

We are partnered with a respected London-based multidisciplinary consultancy, specialists in PAS 9980, EWS1, cladding remediation and public sector delivery, to appoint an Associate or Director-level MRICS Quantity Surveyor to take a strategic leadership role on the 5-year Grenfell Tower regeneration programme.

This is a career-defining position offering real social impact, senior-level autonomy and the backing of an established consultancy that has worked with social landlords, schools, academies, universities, commercial owners and developers since 2010.

The Opportunity

Lead commercial delivery on a nationally significant, long-term regeneration scheme Act as the senior commercial and client-facing lead Influence project strategy, procurement and risk at the highest level Work within a values-led consultancy committed to trust, integrity and long-term relationships

About You

MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor Strong background in public sector, regeneration, remediation or large-scale capital works Confident client-facing leader with excellent stakeholder management skills Proven track record of leading complex, high-profile projects
