This international leader is seeking an Occupancy Planner to join their team at a global investment bank account, you will analyse and manage the supply and demand of space within this EMEA portfolio, aiming to provide the right amount of space to get the best value out of the offices at this investment banking client. This role will also see you being the single point of contact for all space/occupancy issues, within this account. Ideally you will come with a background within occupancy planning with key knowledge and experience capturing occupancy headcount data and be able to utilise this accordingly. In addition to this stakeholder engagement and solid interpersonal skills will be crucial to your success.
