In this role you will lead the design, execution, and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns across a diverse channel mix for leading charities, nonprofits, and corporate CSR programmes.Responsibilities (Day in the Life)Translate clients’ strategic visions into media objectives and KPIs covering lead generation, fundraising, awareness, persuasion, and advocacy.Analyse ongoing and historical performance data, identify opportunities, make strategic recommendations and create reporting to drive optimisation.Develop a strong point of view on measurement, attribution, and conversion tracking and apply that to campaign management.Lead client‑facing interactions, acting as subject‑matter expert on media platforms.Plan, build, manage and optimise media campaigns across multiple platforms, overseeing teammates to ensure buying is efficient, effective, and compliant.Collaborate with planners, strategists, account directors, designers, and analysts to produce campaigns, creative ideas, audience recommendations, and experimental designs.Serve as an internal and external thought leader, keeping the team up‑to‑date with the latest digital media trends through media partnerships, R&D projects, blog posts, and panel participation.Team & EnvironmentThe Media team in London is small, close‑knit, and offers significant opportunities for growth and learning.
